• What is the price for a wedding at Tennessee Memories? Pricing is based on the packages and options you choose. See the package information below on pricing and what is included in each package or contact Susan Slinker at Slinker@tennesseememories.org or (615)339-5384.
• Is there a backup plan in the event of inclement weather? Yes, we can convert the Sunset Lodge or Eagle's Nest to a ceremony site.
• Is the Eagle's Nest or Sunset Lodge climate controlled? The Eagle's Nest offers a solid cedar knee wall with the remainder screened in and ceiling fans serve for ventilation and cooling. Propane heaters are also available for rent. The Sunset Lodge offers central heat and air.
• How many guests can be accommodated? The package pricing is for up to 200 guests in the Eagle's Nest (if 60" round tables are used for seating) and 100 guests in the Sunset Lodge (if 60" round tables are used for seating)
• Are tables and chairs available? Tables and chairs must be rented from an outside vendor.
• Can outside vendors be brought in? Yes, if it abides by the policies set forth in the signed contract by Tennessee Memories.
• What is the smoking policy? Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. There is no smoking in any of the buildings or ceremony sites.
• What is the cancellation policy? The deposit is non-refundable for the protection of both the renter and the venue. There is a date-change policy that allows for one date change if needed.
• Can anything be tossed at the bride/groom or burned as they depart? Yes, but the item used must be pre-approved by Tennessee Memories.
